Q. Does each set come with instructions?
A. Each set is sent with a card containing a QR code that links to the building instructions electronically. A device with internet access will be required to open them.
Q. Can I buy the set I've received?
A. Sometimes we offer sets for sale, look out for a special card when you receive the set. However, mostly they are donated to one of our charity partners for childrens hospitals and hospices.
Q. How are the pieces kept clean?
A. On return, each set is cleaned with an mild soap and water, also checked for completeness, any damage or missing pieces before being sent out again.
Q. What if pieces are missing from my set?
A. The sets are thoroughly checked and signed off before being sent out, but mistakes can happen! If you do find any part missing, please double check the bags and box, just in case its dropped out. If the piece can't be found, get in touch theteam@brickrenter.co.uk, send us a message and we will look to rectify as soon as possible. Hopefully the set can still be built and enjoyed without the part.
Q. How long can the set be kept for?
A. Sets can be kept for as long as you wish, as long as a current subscription is in place. Check our terms and conditions here for more details.
Q. A piece has broken or been lost whilst building and playing, what do I do?
A. These things can happen. Firstly, let us know theteam@brickrenter.co.uk.

A. One of our core values is to support children through their school PTA. If your child's school isn't listed, send us an email with the schools PTA details and we will get in touch with them to see if we can support
Q. Can I have more than one subscription?
A. Yes! of course!
Q. I'd like to cancel my subscription?
A. Send an email to theteam@brickrenter.co.uk and someone will guide you through the cancellation process.
Q. I've lost my return postage label?
A. Ooops! Not to worry, Get in touch by email theteam@brickrenter.co.uk and someone will help you.
Q. Can I choose the set my child receives?
A. If you have a classic subscription, the sets are picked at random and cannot be selected.
Q. Can I gift a subscription?
A. Yes of course! We offer gift vouchers, or you can add a new subscription and assign it to a new address.
