At Brick Renter, we are committed to delivering the best experience possible to our community. Renting LEGO® with Brick Renter should be fun and simple and great experience for all. When subscribing to Brick Renter (“us” / “we” / “our”), the subscriber (“you” / “your”) agree to our terms and conditions set out here.

Always Real LEGO®

We only supply genuine LEGO® products and sets to you, procured from trusted suppliers. If you have any concerns over pieces that you feel aren’t genuine, please email us at theteam@brickrenter.co.uk as soon as possible.

Product cleanliness

All our LEGO® products are regularly cleaned before being used by you. We set high hygiene standards and ensure that these are met by checking and cleaning pieces with appropriate products.

Sending out your Brick Renter LEGO®

All Brick Renter orders are dispatched as soon as possible and we endeavour to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of receipt. Dispatch times may vary.

Delivery is made by our chosen delivery partner and we reserve the right to change delivery partner as required.

You should receive your Brick Renter LEGO® in 2 to 3 working days but may be affected by circumstances outside of our control or during busy periods.

Delivery Addresses

To get the best experience from Brick Renter, it is important that delivery addresses are accurate and correct. It is your responsibility to enter the correct address for your set to be dispatched too. Brick Renter accepts no responsibility for lost deliveries arising from incorrect address details. Please ensure that you check the address entered. You will be liability for the full recommended retail price of any product lost or damaged as a result of incorrect address details being provided and we reserve the right to terminate your subscription if required.

Missing Pieces

We strive to ensure that you have the best experience with Brick Renter. Each Brick Renter LEGO® set is checked for completeness and condition before being dispatched and we are confident that the set you receive is 100% complete. We conduct thorough quality checks and keep robust records to ensure you can enjoy Brick Renter. If upon receiving your set, any pieces are missing, please contact theteam@brickrenter.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and endeavour to resolve.

Brick Renter LEGO® sets are checked upon return. Any pieces missing or damaged upon return inspection may be charged (“extra charges”). The charge for replacing damaged or missing parts will be determined by the prevailing market rates using bricklink.com, including postage, plus processing charge of £5 and subject to a minimum charge of £7.50 per returned set.

Should extra charges be necessary, these are payable immediately on presentation to you and we reserve the right to suspend your subscription until settled or cancel entirely. No refunds for subscriptions are given.

Pricing and subscription plans

Prices and plans may be changed by us. If amendments are made, we will notify you by email giving 28 days’ notice of either price changes or variations to the subscription plans offered.

You may change or cancel your subscription if you wish, providing us with 28 days’ notice. If you are happy to continue renting from us, the changes will be applied to your subscription at start of the next payment cycle after the changes occur.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any of our subscription plans, without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our terms and conditions may be updated from time to time as required by us or to reflect best practice.

Subscribing to Brick Renter

You may keep your Brick Renter LEGO® set(s) for as long as you like for as long as you have a paid subscription plan. The number of sets you may have will be dependent upon the subscription plan taken.

Plan upgrades

You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Just get in touch with the theteam@brickrenter.co.uk and we will help you. Additional charges may be incurred when upgrading, but this will be clearly communicated with you before proceeding.

Looking after you Brick Renter LEGO®

We want you to have the best experience with your Brick Renter LEGO®, enjoying building and have lots of fun playing. We ask that you look after the pieces and return them in the same condition as received.

Do not remove or damage any stickers already applied.

Do not dismantle pieces in a way that may damage them including bite or using any sharp items that may deform the pieces.

When you return your Brick Renter LEGO®, please dismantle all pieces and place in the bags provided. Seal all bags securely and ensure that no loose pieces are inside the box.

Somebody else will be enjoying this Brick Renter LEGO® after you, so return to us as you received it.

Packaging materials

All of our Brick Renter LEGO® products are shipped to you in reuseable cardboard boxes. These boxes have been selected to be as sustainable as possible whilst ensuring safe and secure transit.

When you receive your Brick Renter LEGO®, open the box using the tear-off cardboard strip. The return sticky strip is attached to the remaining portion of the lid and should be used to seal the box on return.

DO NOT DISCARD OR BREAKDOWN THE DELIVERY BOX.

The LEGO® within your Brick Renter is packaged in resealable and reuseable plastic bags. These should be returned to Brick Renter with the pieces inside.

Delivery charges

If your subscription plan requires you to purchase postage, this must be purchased prior to dispatch of your Brick Renter LEGO® product. Our delivery charge consists of both a dispatch and a return fee. We strive to keep this as low as possible but is subject to charges by external delivery providers. Our delivery charges are clearly displayed at the point of purchase.

We constantly review the delivery providers used and assess both the cost alongside the quality of delivery. We reserve the right to change delivery provider to ensure that Brick Renter subscriber receive the best experience and service possible.

Returning you Brick Renter LEGO®

Once you are ready to return your Brick Renter LEGO®, follow our simple returns process:

i. Fully please fully dismantle all your Brick Renter LEGO® pieces.
ii. Using the reusable bags provided, return all pieces in the bags and secure.
iii. The box that your Brick Renter LEGO® came in is reusable and comes with a return sticky strip. Once all pieces are in the bags provided and closed securely, along with any larger pieces, place these inside the Brick Renter box with the instruction card.
iv. Peel off the upper strip and fold down the box to secure.
v. Apply the return label over your address label and return via your nearest drop-off point.

Return postage labels

Inside your Brick Renter box, you will received your return postage label. Please keep this safe, or immediately apply to the box.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive a return postage label, or have lost or misplaced it, contact theteam@brickrenter.co.uk and we will resolve this for you.

Subscription plan cancellation

Even good things have to end sometimes, so you if wish to cancel your Brick Renter subscription, the terms and conditions below apply.

All Brick Renter LEGO® product(s) are to be returned before the end of the existing subscription plan billing cycle. The returned item(s) will be subject to the standard Brick Renter checks.

If products are not returned within 5 working days of the end of the subscription plan billing cycle, we reserve the right to charge the full recommended retail price of the products issued. Payment will be presented to you and payment will be due immediately. This is subject to our payment policy.

No refunds will be given for cancellation during a subscription plan billing cycle.

Discount codes and gift cards

Gift cards can only be exchanged for, or contribute towards Brick Renter subscriptions up to their face value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the point of issue. Ensure that gift cards are redeemed before their expiry date. Gift cards that have expired are no longer valid.

Discount codes may be issued in limited quantities and be valid for a limited time. We reserve the right to cancel, withdraw or modify discount codes at any time without notice.

Refer a LEGO® friend

Brick Renter may offer you the ability to participate in a Refer a LEGO® friend scheme. Your unique code can be shared with your friends and family. Only one referral code may be used per household and cannot be used by members of the same household.

Classic Subscription plans and billing cycles

If you subscribe to a mystery set plan, you will receive a random set from the Brick Library LEGO® inventory. Our extensive stock means that we will endeavour to ensure that you receive a different set each subscription period.

All subscription plans (excluding annual plans) are billed on a 4-week cycle. By subscribing to a Brick Renter plan, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Subscribing to the Classic plan, you will receive one Brick Library LEGO® set per 4-week cycle, after returning the set received in the previous subscription cycle. You may keep this for as a long as you wish whilst your subscription remains active, however, you will not receive any further sets either during the current or future payment cycle until the set is returned to us.

After returning your set to us, if your subscription remains active and paid in full, subject to applicable postal charges, your next mystery set will be dispatched automatically at the start of the next subscription cycle.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. We will never share any personal information or your data with third parties.

How we may contact you

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that we may from time to time contact you by various means, including but not limited to email, SMS or social media. We may contact you to keep you up to date with Brick Renter news, offers, promotions or with regards to your account, including upcoming payments, arrears or additional charges. SMS will only be used for communicating account related purposes.

Non-Payment Policy & Replacement Charges

Recurring subscription charges are due until a plan is cancelled. Subscriptions fees will be automatically collected via our third-party payment partner. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription. Any Brick Renter LEGO® should be returned and becomes subject to the terms Subscription plan cancellation terms.

Charges relating to our Missing Pieces policy are applied to your account and will be presented for payment using the payment method used by our third-party payment partner. Failure to settle these charges may subject your subscription to be suspended or cancelled until resolved.

Brick Renter reserve the right to pass outstanding fees to a third-party debt recovery collection agency and this may incur additional fees and charges.

We want our community to enjoying their Brick Renter experience and urge you to contact theteam@brickrenter.co.uk if you are experiencing any difficulties with payment.

Once any outstanding fees or charges are paid, Brick Renter reserve the right to close your account.

By accepting the Brick Renter Terms and Conditions, you authorise any fees and charges to be taken using either the payment details provided at the time of subscription or any subsequent updated payment details.

Liability

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from the purchase, use, or handling of any goods, services, resources, content, or transactions related to the products supplied to you.
